Patricia Small – Associate IDS

Patty has 31 years experience in the design industry and specializes primarily in residential designs, new construction, and renovation.

Having worked for two design firms previously, Patty opened her own business in 1998. Her work can be seen throughout the Hilton Head/Bluffton area and has been featured in the monthly magazine.

She attributes her success to hard work, love of the design world, and a happy clientele. Patty’s approach to design would be described as a unique ability to adapt to each client’s individual taste and needs, while having a fresh perspective at all times. She strongly feels that each client has such different situations and they deserve to find their style.

Patty graduated from design school in Buffalo, New York and moved to Hilton Head in 1980. She lives in Hilton Head Plantation with her husband Ron. They have two grown children. They enjoy traveling, outdoor activities, their family and friends. Patty speaks fluent German and loves the opportunity to use her second language.
